Recipes
Cooking is about sharing, its about inspiring - I am always willing to share my recipes and all of them are fair game!
Recipes should be a guide, they should be there for you to absorb and make your own. Be present, think about what you are doing and more importantly why you’re doing it - this is how you learn to cook, rather than learn just how to follow recipes (believe me, there is a huge difference). You’ll be devising your own recipes and creating masterpieces from fridge leftovers in now time! Tweak, change, adjust - don’t be afraid to try, don’t be afraid to make mistakes! Take notes, learn! Cook to your own palates and your own likes/dislikes! That is what recipes are there for!
All
Cheese & Beer Battered Green Tomato Cob
What isn’t there to love about a proper cob! Make it generous, dont be shy with the thick sliced cheese and dont fear the raw onion! More is more with this one!
Indian Spiced Green Tomatoes
Almost like a sort of lime pickled vibe - these Indian spiced tomatoes are so delicious and fresh!
The Ultimate Yorkshire Puddings
The best part of a Sunday roast - this is THE Ultimate Yorkshire Pudding
Chip Shop Curry Beans, Mushy Peas & Steamed Fish
I fancied all the flavours of the chip shop but I’m gluten free and couldn’t get there - I came up with this fridge raid!
Prawns Cooked On Salt
The seasoning this gives the prawns is unreal! I don’t cook prawns any other way now!
Roast Beef Tonnato
Traditionally served with Veal, this is my take on a classic Italian dish with a bit of a left field flavour combo - Beef Tonnato (Beef & Tuna Sauce)
Beetroot, Goats Cheese Mousse, Raspberry & Walnut Salad
This dish makes an amazing starter or salad. The flavours are fresh, delicious and something not everyones tried before - it definitely wows your guests!
